SEGUIRÉ TRABAJANDO POR VILLA DE ÁLVAREZ: MAYREN POLANCO
La munícipe independiente Mayren Polanco señaló que Villa de Álvarez es un municipio donde se requiere de un gran trabajo administrativo para poder salir adelante, pero también del acercamiento social y la solidaridad con sus habitantes, por lo que aseguró que su proyecto más próximo es seguir trabajando para que los villalvarenses tengan una mejor calidad de vida.
Manifestó que las necesidades son muchas y los recursos son escasos y limitados, por ello se tienen que estar cuidando que se cumpla la planeación que se hizo para los tres años y como integrante de la Comisión de Hacienda en el Cabildo Municipal, ha sido vigilante de que se vincule el presupuesto, que se atiendan los objetivos y así dar cumplimiento al Plan Municipal de Desarrollo.
Manifestó que al interior del Cabildo se ha trabajado para armonizar el celo de los diferentes partidos y personas, ponderando siempre la convicción de trabajar por Villa de Álvarez.
Mayrén Polanco señaló que como integrante de la Comisión de Protección Civil ha venido trabajando en un proyecto que se presentó para que se pudiera medir el flujo de los ríos que atraviesan el municipio durante las tormentas y así alertar a la población sobre el cauce y poder tomar decisiones a tiempo y así evitar desastres.
“Es un proyecto que se está haciendo en coordinación con la Universidad de Colima y una universidad de Inglaterra y pronto estarán dándose los resultados”, detalló.
Del mismo modo señaló que ha trabajado en mejorar la calidad de vida de los grupos vulnerables como lo son los niños, niñas y adolescentes, por ello propuso la necesidad de reglamentar e instalar el SIPINNA en este municipio.
“Tiene que ver con el destino del presupuesto hacia la niñez o enfocado a ello, como lo es la creación de parques y jardines que se ha venido presentando debido al crecimiento desmedido de la población”, refirió.
Asimismo dijo que aún falta el establecimiento de la Procuraduría de Protección a Niñas, Niños y Adolecentes, la cual se pudo reglamentar y que se busca que se pueda poner dentro del organigrama del Ayuntamiento para que atienda una de las necesidades sociales.
Como integrante de la comisión de Ecología, señaló que se aprobó la Reglamentación de Ecología con las nuevas multas y sanciones para el cuidado del medio ambiente y las nuevas regulaciones que tengan que ver con la parte urbana.
Asimismo dijo que está pendiente la creación del Instituto de planeación, el cual ayudará a que haya una buena planeación y desarrollo de urbanización en el municipio.
