ES MARÍA ISABEL MARTÍNEZ FLORES, LA SUPLENTE DE LA DIPUTADA ANEL BUENO SÁNCHEZ

Ante el lamentable fallecimiento de la diputada local, Francis Anel Bueno Sánchez, su suplente María Isabel Martínez Flores es quien asumirá el cargo en la LIX Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, representando al Distrito 16.
Originaria de Ixtlahuacán, Martínez Flores es Licenciada en Educación Física, por la Universidad de Colima.
Actualmente es Directora de Recursos Humanos del Ayuntamiento de Ixtlahuacán que preside el Alcalde Carlos Carrasco; también asumió la Dirección de Deportes en la administración del Alcalde Crispín Gutiérrez Moreno en el periodo 2015-2018.
Francis Anel Bueno Sánchez fue una política mexicana, que inició su carrera como miembro del Partido Revolucionario Institucional.
Nació en el municipio de Ixtlahuacán, Colima en 1982.
Fue técnica docente del Instituto Estatal de Educación para Adultos en el municipio de Ixtlahuacán, en el año 2000; Presidenta de la Asociación del Rescate del Patrimonio Arqueológico y Cultural de Ixtlahuacán.
También fue secretaria del área de Seguridad Pública y Vialidad del municipio de Ixtlahuacán (2001-2006) durante la administración de Crispín Gutiérrez Moreno.
De 2006 a 2009 fue diputada suplente del diputado Gutiérrez Moreno en la LV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Colima.
También se desempeñó como consejera política del Partido Revolucionario Institucional a nivel municipal (2006-2009) y estatal (2012-2015).
Fue diputada local suplente de Crispín Gutiérrez Moreno el distrito X en el Congreso de Colima para la LVII Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Colima por el distrito X de Ixtlahuacán.
De octubre de 2015 a septiembre 2018 fue asistente personal del presidente municipal de Ixtlahuacán Crispín Gutiérrez Moreno. Y fue diputada local en el Congreso de Colima para la Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Colima por el distrito XVI de Ixtlahuacán.
