El Sistema Municipal de Protección Integral para Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes (SIPINNA), en coordinación con el Centro de Integración Juvenil de Manzanillo (CIJ), llevará a cabo la Jornada de Salud Mental, con dos “foros virtuales”, hoy y mañana, a la una de la tarde.
En el marco de la conmemoración del Día Mundial de la Salud Mental, celebrado el pasado 10 de octubre, hoy se realizará el foro “Inquietudes Juveniles sobre la Depresión”, y mañana, “Salud Mental y las Adicciones”; ambos serán transmitidos en vivo a través de la página de Facebook: CIJ Manzanillo.
En el primer foro participarán la psicóloga Judith Honorato, Gabriela Sevilla Blanco, del SIPINNA Manzanillo, y Miriam Urzúa Cázares, CIJ Manzanillo; moderado por Esmeralda Espinosa.
En el segundo, estará como experta invitada la terapeuta Jaqueline Lomelí, además de las participaciones de Gabriela Sevilla y Miriam Urzúa; moderado por Gustavo Nava.
En los “foros virtuales” participan jóvenes estudiantes del Conalep y Cetis 84, ya que es interés de SIPINNA y del CIJ promover el derecho de participación que tienen todos los jóvenes a ser escuchados y tomados en cuenta en asuntos de interés público.
Para la administración municipal, que preside Griselda Martínez, es indispensable conocer la opinión de nuestros adolescentes, quienes ocupan un lugar muy importante en la sociedad.
A la fecha, se han realizado dos foros, el primero tuvo lugar el 21 de octubre con el tema “Salud Mental en la Nueva Normalidad”, con la participación de la experta Marcel Gaytán, quien es terapeuta en el DIF Manzanillo.
El segundo foro virtual fue sobre “Las Inquietudes Juveniles sobre el Duelo”, con la exposición de varios estudiantes y el maestro Miguel Martínez Yáñez, actual director de Educación Municipal, quien tiene amplios conocimientos sobre tanatología.
De acuerdo a la Organización Mundial de la Salud, la salud mental es el estado de equilibrio que debe de existir entre las personas y el entorno socio-cultural que los rodea, incluye bienestar emocional, psíquico y social e influye en la forma de pensar, sentir y reaccionar de una persona ante momentos de estrés.
